Can you believe it is the start of 2017? That can only mean one thing – it’s Saleabration time!

On Saturday 7^th January at 1.30pm, Teneale and I are holding an open house for you and to enable you to bring a friend to see all the great new stamps and accessories that are now available in the Occasions Catalogue as well as the Saleabration Stamps and Papers which you can earn

You will be making 3 projects and there is a small gift for everyone that attends, why not bring a friend, we all know what fun it is to stamp with friends.

Welcome to the last Bloghop for 2016, I know its flown so quickly and if your like me so much has happened through the year.  I am rather peachy now, hopefully with now more scares or hospital for me.

Or you might have come from Maree’s site, I wonder what she has in store for us.

I loved the sketch and knew straight away what I would be creating, I have to admit I left it to today and I went shopping before coming home to do it.  Actually I also went visiting…………..naughty me.

I used the Fruit Stand Designer Series papers and decided to go with the Peach as it reflected health to me.  See I am just peachy……….lol.  Thought of this as a nice little card to send off to someone who you haven’t spoken to in a while.

I have said I love Christmas, but think I have made enough Christmas cards for this year.

My the way, the greeting is out of the Tin of Cards Stamp set.

I love the new Falling in Love Designer Series Paper about to come to a demonstrator near you in January 2017.

I used the Gold Glimmer paper for the Sentiment and down the side of the card.

Welcome to the Blog Hop 45 of the INKspired Artists, how exciting many of us have just returned from the Stampin up on Stage event in Brisbane.  Its one of the most exciting events of the year and can you believe I didn’t book on the first day to go and then had to be on a waiting list, even though I had booked my accommodation in Feb 2016, how crazy am I.

Lots of exciting thing coming your way, your just going to love the new Catalogue due on either the 3rd or 4 Feb 2017.  How mad is that?

Even more exciting is the fact that I am now sandwiched between two Stampin’ Up! Artisans, that’s not mad, that’s wild.  Louise Sharpe is the Australian Artisan, lets give a big cheer to her.

Lets go see what Teneale has given us to work with this week.When I looked at the sketch I immediately thought of the beautiful papers what are going to be available in the new year and as I had been asked to make a Anniversary card this fitted the bill.

Falling in Love, just makes you think of beautiful laces, pastel shades and hints of pinks.  I have used the Designer Series paper called, Falling in Love with the Falling in Love Embellishments and the So Detailed Thinlits Dies.

Can you see the beautiful details of the die, so delicate, and the gorgeous Embellishments.  I took advantage of the embellishment along with the two  flowers in the die to be the three points of focus on my card.

I used the Sugarplum and Very Vanilla cardstock and Sahara Sand as the soft layer behind papers and then mounted them onto the cardbase.

The set has some lovely sentiments and I chose to use “a day to celebrate”  for the inside.  Hope you enjoy a slight glimpse of what’s coming next year to a place near you.

Well here we are again, Blog Hop 43 and racing towards Christmas Celebrations.  You might have come from Louise page, if so welcome, if your starting here then don’t forget to hop around each of the blogs and explore what they have made for you.

I had played around with some ideas on using the little mouse set, yes I bet you love it also.  My eyesight isn’t what it used to be so sometimes its worse then other times and after trying some water colouring that didn’t work for me.  I might add I was trying to hold a magnifying glass in one and colour with the other.

I gave this up and decided that this sketch would work for a age birthday and I had just the right little girl to receive a age card.

So guess who is turning 7?  Yes is my youngest grand daughter, I am finding it hard to see where the years have gone.  We are having family dinner for her on Wednesday and the theme is the Festive.

Welcome to the fortnightly bloghop for the INKspired Artists lead by Teneale, and I can tell you I didn’t love it at all.  If your just started here, Welcome and your most like come from the pink girl, Louise who always seems to be able to produce in pink.

I must have, no I did sit for hours going through the catalogue trying to find a stamp set that would fit the sketch, it need to be a shape and then a sentiment to the side.  Well that’s what I thought anyway, lets see if I got it right.

Looks ok, yeap got the circle and the words to the side.  but hey wait, does it look right?  Lets go look at the whole card, will we.

Well I think it might have fallen over, see the top is the side with the paper, yet the shape and sentiment are the right way.  Oh well, lovely card anyway.
