InkSpired Hop 105 Scrapbooking?

Hello and welcome, this is a first for the InkSpired Artists, some of our team wanted to do a scrapbook page, this is our first one and whilst I wasn’t excited to start them, I have actually enjoyed it.

I didn’t realise just how long it takes to get the right pictures and the right papers to begin with.  Where do you get your inspiration from?

Above is our sketch, as you know Teneale always does sketches for us.

Whilst holding a weekend class, we had been discussing sentiments I had seen in a stamp set, it was the Parcels & Petals, it said, Somebody Loves You, Lots & Lots!

This lead me to think about when my second grand-daughter was born and how Bailey wheeled her little sister down to greet her mum.

To me scrapbooking this page of the birth of Ebony was special for both the girls to have and remember.

Welcome to this little bundle of joy by Bailey (welcome from the Well Written Framelets Dies) dies used to cut it out were ( Merry Christmas Dies) and the Bundle of joy (Praiseworthy Prose) and the little hearts (Be Mine Stitched Framelets)

I wanted both girls see some of the events of the day leading up to the birth, this the journaling at the bottomthe papers I used were from the Woven Threads designer papers with the Scalloped at the bottom using Linen Ribbon, Roccoa Rose

I hope you enjoy my page and teneale and I are going to do a mother and daughter blog hop each month, so stay tuned to see what we come up with.
