Welcome to the Inkspired Artists Blog Hop 60, if your come from another site, it will be my friend Maree and I wonder what she has made for us today.
I had a lot of fun making my card, I am sure your going to want to share in some of this fun. Here is the sketch that Teneale has made for us.
Lets see if I have got it covered. Stampin’ Up! are releasing a stamp set next month, as a demonstrator we can pre order, so I decided that I would give you a little view of what it is.
Its called Carols of Christmas and your going to just love it.
I took a piece of whisper white cardstock and embossed the greeting onto it using White embossing powder. Then I inked up a stamp set called Marble, its a backgound stamp in Soft Sky, then using daubers I rubbed Dapper Denim, Elegant Eggplant, Rich Razzleberry and finally Night of Navy ink over the stamp randomly.
I then stamped it down on my piece of whisper white card front that I had embossed on. After stamping it down you need to have a soft cloth to run over the card and take the ink off the white to allow it to pop.
Then I used one of the dies to cut out the Stars and Moon, I put Silver Glimmer paper behind after attached a piece of shimmery white cardstock that had a wash of light grey over it. pleased this behind the moon.
I then mounted it onto a night of navy card stock trimmed with ribbon and added a silver strip, cut from the dies in this set.
Now you off to see what Teneale has made for you.

Love that background barb it looks amazing. 💕
Normally I am the one who is jumping into making Christmas cards in July as the family Christmas crazy! Are you taking over as the leader of Christmas cheerleader mum?
I LOVE what you did with the Marble background on all the cards but this one is pretty special, I like the way you have put Silver foil behind the stars.
Gorgeous colours Barb! I think this stamp might have to go on my wish list! Personally I think it is never too early for Christmas and love the blue/purple cards.
Love your card Barb it is absolutely gorgeous. xxx
Thank you Maree and Vicky wants to order the stamp from you……………lol
