I loved this stamp bundle as it has not only the stamps, the dies and a stencil. Stencil coloring is one of my new loves. This is a perfect set to have for some of your close friends, that are more like Sisters and you get to choose them.
This is a outline stamp, just made for coloring. I used the stencils to color, my favorite coloring medium at the moment.
Have you used Stencils? They seem to be a new way of creating cards. I have a love of Altenew products, and happened to see this Sweet Spring Stencil. Its a stand alone set of 2 Stencils, which have produced this amazing card.
Using my Blending Brush’s I was able to color this beautiful.
Then I used the a new sentiment stamp set from StampinUp called Sunny Sentiments. Its just beautiful
On the inside of these cards I used the “though you could use some sunny thoughts today.”
Enjoy and always look at what you can combine to make your cards unique.
Whilst we have all been locked down in Western Sydney, I for one hadn’t been paying enough attention to some birthdays and one in particular had gotten away from me.
She is a very dear friend, you know the type of friend that even if you dont speak for months your always start again where you had left off.
She in particular is a collector of Elephants, so i know that the card has to be featuring an Elephants. So dug out Tim Holtz Collection of Life Adventures SMS077. Do you want to see how I used it.
I stamped him down on Stampin’Up white cardstock inked in Smokey Slate and then using my Blends I colored. As she has also been in hospital for a couple of weeks and still isn’t well, I thought that i would make the front a bit of encouragement for her. The greeting is from the Many Messages Stamp set in the annual catalogue. Its on page 42.
For the inside I used a large Happy Birthday, its quite a old set in Wood which I kept.
You will be pleased to know it made her day.
Thanks for stopping by my blog……………….dont tell Teneale that I will be back tomorrow with some Rogue Stamping. Bye for now.
I was so excited to receive one of my latest investments. Its a ShotBox from WeRMemoryKeepers, to take my photo’s instead of getting someone else to do them for me.
So I am so going to be able to get more cards on my blog as well as work out how to improve my photograpy.
I choose a new stamp set called Reflected in Nature, its a Distinktive stamp meaning that it has added depth and dimension in the stamp and your able to get a beautiful image.
I choose Misty Moonlight as my main colors, stamping twice on the top part of the stamp and only once on the bottom, as it is to be a reflection from the house and trees into the water.
We are all living in a difficult times at the moment and i thought this was a great stamp to just make and post to someone to let them know we are thing of them. in the inside I put, Take Time for you.
Hi there and welcome to the Inkspired bloghop 144, yes I know your thinking she hasn’t played all this year, and your right. My blog is powered by WordPress and they changed the whole format of it and I have only just come to turns with having to learn something new.
See below the sketch designed by Teneale Williams and lets go see what I have made.
I decided as we are going to be locked down longer that it was a good time to start some Christmas Card making, I chose the Tidings and Trimmings Stamps and Dies from the main Catalogue.
I used the following ink colors of Cherry Cobbler, Misty Moonlight, Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen and did a random stamping of the Star over the whole card front.
After stamping it, I put it through the beautiful Timber 3D embossing folder, if you don’t own it you should put it on your list as a necessity.
I took small stripes from the designer paper, Tidings of Christmas, stacked them on top of each
On the inside i carried through the strips and using my blend pen colored the back ground before stamping the greeting.
Thank you so much for visiting my block and your now off to see what Julie has made for you.
Hello and welcome to another bloghop with the InkSpired Artists. This time Teneale gave us all 6 pieces of the beautiful cardstock from the Ornate Garden Suite. Terrible i lost mine………..lucky I have my own stash.
I decided to take some of it and cut up, i chose 3 pieces to cut and because its just so beautiful it gave me 6 patterns to use.
After cutting them i just laid them down on a card front to make sure i liked what was happening and if i like it.
Then turned each piece over one at a time and glued them and placed on a piece of White cardstock. left them to dry a little and then trimmed to 9,5 x 13.9 and stuck this to a standard card front.
I had been having so much fun with it and i love coloring, i decided to use another piece and just color it, as you can see below. The gold highlighted this card.
Hope your found some inspiration and will go off and create your own colorful cards. Now to see what Teneale has made for us.
Hello and welcome to our 116 Blog hop. I hope you enjoy taking a little look around, its a colour challenge and I am sure your going to get some inspiration whilst using these colours.
I decides to use the cute little Raccoon from the Special Someone Stamp set and whilst I didn’t use the dies you can get them.
Can you see the beautiful Embossing folder I used, its called Dainty Diamonds 3D in the new catalogue. I used the greeting that came in the set “a very special day”
I kept it very simple inside, with “for a very special someone” and a squirrel and a field mouse.
Hope you enjoyed my card, we have new girls off hoping with us tonight, so I cannot wait to see there cards.
You are now off to see what Teneale has made for you and I can honestly say your going to want to get your hands on her stamp set that she used.
Hello and welcome, hope everyone is doing fine with all the restrictions imposed upon us. Lets go and see what i have done for you tonight.
Below is the sketch that Teneale has prepared for us. I have to admit I haven’t been doing much cardmaking, mostly just some coloring in, so I really had to put my thinking cap on.
