Box and Card Gift Pack

Stampin, Up! have just released a new Envelope maker, and I have to say I think I am in love with it.

I have made big boxes, small boxes, fat boxes and think boxes as well as envelope that are flat or ones that will take card that has some height to it.  Would you like to be able to make your own?  Well your more than welcome, its so much fun.

I have made this little gift pack of cards and will be teaching it in my class tomorrow, oppppppps its already tomorrow……………yes teaching today, so I have best get to bed.  Hope you enjoy it.  Bye for now.

Harvest Blessings

Keeping the theme of male cards, thought you might like this one. Again used some designer paper, its great for whipping up a quick card, this time I used the chevron embossing folder to add a little dimension to it. Colours used where Early Espresso and Very Vanilla cardstock and Early Espresso ink.

The stamp set is called Harvest Blessings #126452 in the new catalogue, great set.

Happy Birthday Blossom

There are some stamp sets that you envisage that you’re never going to on sell. The Easter Blossoms Set from the 2011 Mini Catalogue is I think one of them. It doesn’t have to be used as a Easter card, it can become a beautiful birthday card, like what I have done here.

Love how the embossing folder created a frame around my whisper white cardstock. We used markers to colour the little girl, the grass and the blossom trees.

Clockworks for Dad

Thought I would show you the second card that I have made for my class on Friday, I used the Stamp set called Clockworks and some pages out of the Neutral Designer Series papers. I have used retired cardstock and the Designer Series Paper is from the recently retired design, however if your like me you have lots of designer papers that you could easily adapt for this card. Lets face it we all have some retired products, both Demonstrators and Customers.

If you really want these papers I do have some cards fronts that I could sell you. That was you don’t have lots of pages of the same colours. The colours I have used are the River Rock (retired) Very Vanilla (current) and the Chocolate Chip and River Rock colours out of the Designer Series Paper Pack.

I used the Clockworks Stamp Set and in the top right hand side of the card a little bit of Grunge, a new stamp just released in the 2013-2014 new Catalogue. I do hope you have ordered yours. If you haven’t drop me a line I would be happy to help you get your hands on a new one.

Kitchen Alfoil Mosaic Madness

Enjoy Card making and learning new techniques, then this is a card for you.

I used ordinary Aluminium Foil to create this fabulous card, not forgetting the coming weekend is Fathers day.

Wondering what stamp set it is? Its the Mosaic Madness bundle that includes both the Stamp set and Co ordinating Punch, item no 132733 for the clearmount at 56.95 on page 123 of the 2013-2014 Stampin’ Up! Catalogue. I also used the new Modern Mosaic Embossing Folder, no 129984 that is 13.95 on page 191.

Colors used were, Bazj Breeze, Wild Wasabi and Not Quite Navy. The go together with the silver so well don’t you think.

I will be teaching this on Friday morning the 30 August at 10.00 in Minchinbury. Please contact me if you would like to attend. Shortly I will show the other card that we will be making on the day, they can easily be used for Fathers Day or a nice Male Card for that special person.

Wedding Card

To the Bride and Groom

I feel like I have been missing and not so much in action. There has been plenty of action around here I can tell you, I had to make 40 cards for the recent Conference that I attended with some of the amazing members of our team. I will show them soon.

For now I am showing you a card that I had made some time ago using the Marry Me stamp set. I used both Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla, trimmed with Seam Binding in Crumb Cake.

Sweet Baby

Front Mum I was recently asked to make a card for a Christening and the baby was a male. This is what I came up with, what do you think?

I used Bashful Blue and Whisper White cardstock to show it’s a boy. I choose the stamp set called My Special Day and stamped the images using versa mark to allow me to emboss them in Silver. I must say I am rather happy with the result. What do you think?
