Welcome to our 80th Blog Hop, how do you like our sketch? If you started at another members blog, its most likely Maree and I cannot wait to check out her card.
I enjoyed Natures Poem Suite and I am wondering what the other girls have done with it.
Again I have used Rooted in Nature, its such a versatile stamp set and when I had chosen it, I had no idea what I would do with it, or who I would send it to. That shows the versatility of it, however, I have been gently hinted to that I need to use another stamp set next time…..lol

Love the new textured embossing folder, it gives a shuttle texture to the card stock, check out the Mango Melody cardstock.

I choose to use the Words are never enough, such comforting words for a loss of someone dear.

Thanks for stopping by, now your off to see what Teneale has made for you.

Heres what I came up with, using a rather fun technique that I had used in one of my classes with autumn leaves, so I knew that the Rooted in Nature stamp set would be just great.

For me, I go a week ago, I’m using Rooted in Nature, right just sounds wrong doesn’t it. I never name my blog post, always just the number that we are working on. So being a smartarse I named it then had to try and make the set fit the sketch with no idea what was in the set. Yeap smart arse Barb.
The set is a two case set and its huge and has trees, leaves, saying and a set of dies to cut out. Do you think I might replace Lovely as a Tree, which as been around for ever and my shelve has two sets on it, one wood and one clear.
I stamped the tree in old olive and used a write and marker on the tree trunk then stamped it before using the dies to cut it out.
Now here is the finished card.
