I have used the gorgeous butterfly dies a few times in my classes, everyone loves butterflies don’t they.  I also wanted to use the new brick embossing folder as I had used it in a class on white card stock and it looked great.

I tripled layered my butterfly, cutting out the body, then two of the cut out ones, one in Bermuda Bay and the other in Silver Glitter.  Nice easy and effective card, anyone who receives this will just love it I am sure.

I kept the inside simple and clean, like my stamping style.  Enjoy and don’t forget to leave comments.  We love them.

Butterfly Basics

SONY DSC

Have you seen the beautiful Butterfly Basics Stamp Set, it is just a most gorgeous set to use and so many possibilities that are mind blowing not only with the stamps in the set.  There is also a set of Dies to compliment it, they are a set of butterflies that are quite detailed.

I used the Blackberry Bliss Marker as the main colour to stamp the flowers, then took my Blender Pen and gently massaged the colour into the flower.  I did the same with the stems of the flower.

Thank you for visiting my blog and hope you get some inspiration from my card.
