Welcome to the 64 BlogHop of the Inkspired Artists, I am always happy to participate as it makes me step outside my comfort zone. If your come from another participant its most likely Maree and I am wondering what she has made for us.
I rather loved this sketch and found it easy to come up with a nice little design using it as I did a spur of the moment trip back to Young, my childhood town and took a trip down memory lane. The set I choose to use is called HEARTLAND, its such a cute stamp set and so easy to use.
I choose to use the colours of Curry Crush, Early Espresso and Whisper White as my colour palate.
I stamped down the little person going off with the ducks and a stick, I sort of thought they might be heading off to the creek, just as I used to do as a child, especially if I had been fighting with my siblings, it was always safer to take off on the farm for the day. Children today have missed out the fun of living on a farm.
I stamped in Early Expresso Ink, then just spot highlighted the overalls. I used the delightful paper out of the Birthday Memories Designer Series. Thought this was appropriate for my little walk down memory lane.
Thanks for visiting and now off to see what Teneale has done for us.

Love your layers Barb and I love the use of that crushed curry ribbon. Great card.
Oh I adore this card! A stamp set I would never think of using but you have rocked it! The spotlighting of the little boy is wonderful.
Beautiful. X
