Welcome and thank you for visiting the ESAD 2016 Holiday Catalogue Blog Hop, were your going to see a wonderful array of ideas and projects from some great artists.   You may have just come from Richelle, I am excited to see what everyone had made for you.Barbara Williams|Sydney|Australia|Esad|BlogHop

I just love the new 2016 Holiday Catalogue and was exited to know that there was going to be a blog hop to display some of the great stamps.  We have had many stars over the years, however I feel that this set called Star of Light is the most versatile and beautiful that Stampin’ Up! have made.

Barbara Williams|Star of Light|ESAD Blog HopLove the different ways to use this set, and hope you do too.  How nice would that look on your Christmas table?

Not to stop there, here are more ideas for this set.

Navy 5

For this card I used the Fancy Frost Specialty Designer Series Papers, also in the new catalogue, love the stars that are on this, then I used the reverse side of the paper and using the new Foam Roller, I rolled over the card front.

Star of Light

Using Navy Blue ink pad I rolled the color onto the card front.

  1. Lovely projects … thanks for sharing these … I wasn’t going to purchase this bundle, but now it’s added to my wish list!

  2. Oh wow! I agree, the stars framelits are just gorgeous, I’ve resisted buying them at this stage, but theres still a few months to live with that decision! I love what you’ve done with the specialty paper, I thought it was an embossing folder at first, and was wondering how I’d missed it. Everything looks amazing!

  3. The thing I love more than the Star Of Light set, is the colour combo you’ve used! Such an elegant combo Barb x
