This is a chance to showcase what is about to finish in just 7 short days with the end of Sale-A-Bration. For me i choose to use both the Botanical for You and the Party Pants, two of my favourite stamp sets that you could earn when you spend just $90.00 with your Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.
I also managed to use some retiring Colours, again two of my favourites, Blackberry Bliss and Lost Lagoon. Want to see what i have done?
Have used this set of Party Pants many times and the ladies just love putting on their Party Pants.
I again used my Party Pants and the Botanicals for You, highlighting the JUST FOR YOU stamp set. Again one that i have used lots in classes.
This time used the lovely Wildflower Fields Designer Series Papers, again after the 31st of this month, will be gone, don’t miss out on yours.
Finally another quick card using another of the papers out of the Wildflwoer Fields Designer Paper and both the Botanicals for You and the Party Pants.
Hope you enjoyed them and now your off to see Emily Campbell and i wonder what she has for you.
Welcome to the 36th Blog Hop for the INKspired Artists. Hop you are enjoying a nice spring weekend, although its be rather warm here.
If you landed here from another blog members its most likely Maree and I am excited to see what she has made for us. I am not going to speculate on what she may or may not have added as last fortnight I got it wrong……..lol
Our sketch this week was to create 3 individual piece and place them on a card front. I have to say it is such a nice easy card to make.
Then just needed a sentiment along the front, What do yo think? Nice?
Heres my slant on it this card, hope you enjoy.
I chose the Wild About Flower stamp set, this is a two step one, allowing you to stamp the leaves and then position your flowers on top. Whilst I resisted the Photopolymer Stamps, they are great if you need to position two stamps together, they these flowers.
Colours used were, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Melon Mango and Coastal Cabana, I mounted them on Crumb Cake and then onto Old Olive Cardstock. For the sentiment I use the words from the Open Heart Stamp set, “So hard to find the words” such a nice sentiment and this could be used to converse different messages that could suit a number of situations.
I kept the inside very simple with just stamping part of the flower, I like insides, don’t you?
Hope you find some inspiration as you journey along our hop and don’t forget to leave a small comment, we love comments. Next your off to see what Teneale has made for you and I promise you your going to love it. I do and I want to go to her class just to make one for myself.
Here is a list of the items used to make my card. You can purchase any of the products from my shop by clicking on the image and being directed to shop. Product List
Here is the Rose Wonder Stamp Set and I used Wisteria Wonder as my main color to water-color the card. If your new to water coloring, start of with a really light mix of water and ink. I use my reinkers in a small plate, allowing me to mix it out to the side of dish and have enough to color the whole flower with the one color then mix some more in another spot that will enable me to put some extra toning on the petals.
