A Golden Stippled Delight

Have been slack and fallen of my roll.  Life gets hectic and I forget that I need to update my blog.  So Sorrr about that.

I hope you like this card, I just love anything that has to do with a rose and this is no exception.  It the Stippled Blossom stamp set in the New 2012-2013 Stampin’ Up! Catalogue.

note the georgous embossing at the bottom of the card, is also new.  Want to know more?  Message me I am happy to help.

Pitter Patter Little Feet

Baby’s foot prints, how cute and adorable are these, along with the gorgeous pleated ribbon, that was in the previous Mini.  Was so hoping that it would carry over into the main catalogue, not to worry i have my own stash.

When in Canberra at the Stampin’ Up! Conference the very talented Beth Stewart, demonstrated using the button embossing/cutting folder to cut out buttons and then attach these to the card front to add texture to your page.

I rather liked the effect and just love the little baby feet, there are also the hand prints in this set.  If your after more information regarding this, please message me.  I am only too happy to help you.

I am so excited, come visit me at the Penrith Paper and Craft Show

Another Awash with Flowers

I had promised you all another “Awash with Flowers” flower.  I used Early Espresso Cardstock as the basis for my card and stamped on Very Vanilla.

I used Poppy Parade Ink and Early Espresso for the sentiment.

Should you want to purchase this, I am happy to offer you it at half price, as it’s no longer available.

Happy Birthday John

On Wednesday it was my husbands birthday and I thought I had best get myself busy and make him a card. This is what I come up with at short notice…

I used Very Vanilla as the basis to stamp on using Always Artichoke ink.  I rather like the use of just two colours.

I mounted this onto Always Artichoke Cardstock that was sponged around, then put it onto a Crumb Cake Cardstock.

I used the truck of the stamp set called “Countryside” on page 85 of the Stampin Up Catalogue clear mount catalogue #120495, is $31.95, and “Serene Silhouettes” Page 75, #127324 and the cost is 33.95 in clear.  For the saying I used the “Beautiful Birthday” single stamp set, Page 44, #125562 which is a wooden single stamp set.  Cost of 11.95, I hope you enjoy this card.

Please note all prices quoted are plus postage.
